TJ Supports is dedicated to helping people live independently and confidently. Based in Sydney, we provide flexible core support services tailored to individual goals, both at home and in the community. Our services include in-home support such as personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks, as well as community access services including transport to appointments and support for social activities. As a small, personalised team, we focus on working with young adults to ensure genuine and individualised support. Although still provide a broad range of support from aged care to working with children.
